We collect and process personal data provided by you or generated during your interaction with our Platform:

• Identity & Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and professional links (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub).
• Professional Background: Resumes, work history, technical skill sets, and compensation expectations.
• Assessment & Proctoring Data: Submissions (code, text answers, and voice responses), speech-to-text transcriptions, and remote proctoring data (including webcam video, microphone audio, screen recording, and system interaction logs) collected strictly to verify identity and evaluate technical performance during assessments.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your personal data for the following specific purposes:

• Skill Evaluation: To assess your software engineering, AI architecture, and debugging capabilities using practical, real-world tasks.
• Performance Dossier Generation: To build anonymous, objective technical profiles for candidate presentation.
• Employer Matching: To connect vetted candidates with interested hiring managers and startups.
• Platform Security: To prevent academic dishonesty, impersonation, and unfair means during technical evaluations.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosures

HireLogic will never sell your personal data. Data is shared strictly under the following conditions:

• Authorized Technology Partners: We share necessary data with our designated cloud, AI, and assessment service providers who process data on our behalf under strict legal and confidentiality agreements.
• Prospective Employers (Privacy-First Promise): Your profile and dossier remain strictly anonymous to hiring entities until you explicitly give consent to connect with an interested employer. Once consent is granted, your contact details and assessment summary are shared with that specific company.
