By accessing HireLogic.space ("Platform"), whether as a Developer ("Candidate") or a Client ("Hiring Entity"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
2. Description of Services
HireLogic, operated by Aasomeix Labs (OPC) Private Limited, is an AI-era talent acquisition platform that streamlines technical evaluations for startups and corporate clients. We evaluate developers through practical AI code reviews, architecture tasks, and debugging assessments, facilitating direct connections to hiring teams.
3. Assessment Infrastructure & Third-Party Platforms
Technical assessments, proctoring, and automated evaluations are hosted and administered via HireLogic and its authorized technology service partners.
- Candidate Acknowledgement: Candidates agree to follow all instructions, system requirements, and proctoring guidelines displayed prior to and during any technical assessment.
- AI Integration: Candidates and Hiring Entities acknowledge that automated speech recognition, Large Language Models (LLMs), and automated analysis are used to evaluate submissions. HireLogic treats all AI-generated outputs as recommendations, combining them with human review before finalizing shortlists.
4. Code of Conduct & Integrity
Candidates agree to maintain absolute integrity during evaluations:
- No Unfair Means: Impersonation, unauthorized third-party assistance, use of unapproved AI tools during restricted rounds, or attempting to bypass proctoring tools is strictly prohibited.
- Disqualification: Any breach of assessment integrity will result in immediate disqualification, cancellation of test results, and a permanent ban from the HireLogic platform network.
- Confidentiality: Candidates shall not copy, record, disclose, or distribute assessment questions, code samples, or architecture tasks.
5. Intellectual Property & Trade Secrets
All assessment methodologies, evaluation workflows, AI prompts, platform designs, and content on HireLogic.space remain the exclusive intellectual property of Aasomeix Labs (OPC) Private Limited and its authorized partners.
Users shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, decompile, or extract source code or underlying vendor relationships from the Platform.
6. Limitations of Liability & Disclaimers
- No Guarantee of Hiring: HireLogic facilitates evaluations and introductions but does not guarantee employment, salary offers, or hiring outcomes.
- Technology Disclaimers: HireLogic and its technology partners provide services on an "as-is" basis and are not liable for client-side technical failures, network interruptions, or transient AI transcription errors.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Aasomeix Labs (OPC) Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform usage.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
